About

Blikk Fjellbrasserie is the centerpiece of the dining experience at Gaustablikk Fjellresort. The resort’s own award-winning chef crafts seasonal culinary highlights, inspired by flavors from around the world, and presents them in an elegant à la carte menu.

Here, tradition meets creativity to deliver a unique fusion of local Norwegian ingredients and international influences. Complementing the cuisine, Blikk’s exclusive wine cellar features a hand-picked collection of over 1,000 carefully selected wines, offering the perfect pairing for every dish.
