Our mission is to gather the finest food treasures from local farms and small-scale producers throughout Telemark—including Drangedal, Lunde, and Gvarv. We place a strong emphasis on clean, honest ingredients, organic choices, and food produced with care.

Shopping at Holte Gårdsmat is quick, easy, and secure:

  • Unlock the Door: Tap your credit or debit card at the entrance terminal to unlock the door (the system places a temporary 1 NOK hold for identity verification).
  • Browse & Select: Explore the shelves and pick your items.
  • Self-Checkout: Scan and pay for your items at the digital checkout counter inside.
  • Scan to Exit: Scan your digital or printed receipt at the exit to open the door.

Because the shop is unmanned and open 24 hours a day, you can shop whenever it fits your schedule—early in the morning, late in the evening, or in the middle of the night.
